Shamanic Urban Walk + Stories Around the Fire, with Carine Roth
Guided urban-to-nature walk, with prompts that help you slow down and listen differently.
Simple practices for the senses and the body to drop out of your head and into presence.
Oslo can be loud, fast, and full of noise, even when life is good. This half-day experience is a reset for you, who wants something real, simple, and grounding, without leaving the city for a week.
With eco-therapist and vision fast guide Carine Roth, we will move through a guided walk, gentle nature-based practices, and a warm fire circle where stories are shared and witnessed.
What we will do…
Walk with mindfulness and practice deep listening in an urban environment.
A personal question to walk with, so the time outside is not just “a nice walk”
Stories around the fire - a safe circle to speak, listen, and be met by others
Integration - leave with a clear next step you can actually take in daily life
What you can take home
A calmer nervous system and a quieter mind
Fresh perspective on a choice, a transition, or a stuck pattern
A felt sense of connection - to yourself, to others, and to the land you live on
A simple practice you can repeat on your own in Oslo, anytime
Who this is for
Your life is full, but something in you wants more honesty and space
You are at a turning point (work, relationships, identity, grief, burnout, “what now?”)
You want depth without heavy talk, and reflection without pressure
Practical details
No experience needed. Just normal mobility for a walk, and warm clothes.
Bring: a water bottle, a notebook, and layers for sitting by the fire.
Group size will be limited so the circle feels held.
